We usually like how helpful the staff are. We like how convenient it is to lots of great places to eat and the casino. We usually stay 3 to 4 nights at a time a few times a year. The person checking us in is always the nicest lady. The other person at desk during the evening was not accommodating and very rude. I was disappointed because we love staying there.

It was a very comfortable and quiet night. There is a restaurant within walking distance that was good and fun too as it had live music performers.

Check-in was very easy, even though we arrived very late. Parking was included in our stay! The room was a nice size for 4 people and the beds were comfortable! I would recommend this hotel for travelers!

The staff overall was so friendly and accommodating made check in also quick and easy as well as during stay were so pleasant, loved it because the hotel is dog friendly and you can also tell that allot of the staff also love dogs.

Facilities were what we expected for the value & deal that we got. This is not a posh hotel, with elaborate amenities, but we weren’t expecting those for the price we paid. The room was clean. The beds & linen were clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was doable. We would stay here again.

The location outside Wheeling was perfect for what we wanted to do. Close to restaurants and shopping and just a few minutes from Wheeling and Cabela shopping area.

We enjoyed very much our stay for 6 days. The room is just perfect. The size, beds, coffee machine, fridge. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The coffee machine was broken, the waffle machine was broken too. There was a hot option every day which was good, but also cold boiled eggs, some fruits, cereals and bars, but out od orange juice!

Much nicer than expected, especially for the price. Clean, generally quiet, very nice staff, good breakfast that varied from day to day. I've never stayed at a Microtel before; I suspect this one is better than most of them!
